All appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged.

All Appointments cancelled on the same day will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

All no call & no show cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee. No Exceptions.

Late arrivals will not be allotted their full time. The scheduled times will still be honored.

If for any reason, Nai Esthetics and Massage needs to reschedule your appointment.

• You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you are notified with less than 24 hours of your appointment a refund will be granted.
